Dashboard
A real-time dashboard summarizes the overall status of all projects maintained in PROCORE. Status of compliance reports are also viewable within the same simple, intuitive interface. Pie chart graphs provide users with high level project status and cost information for all projects in the system.
Project Management
PROCORE includes project management features that enable users to effectively manage projects by tracking project status, costs, required programmatic data, actions, issues and more. No project management system is complete without proper risk management. Therefore, PROCORE includes the ability to identify, quantify and implement appropriate mitigation strategies for potential project risks. PROCORE empowers users with the tools to stay on top of all CSLFRF projects.
Cost Management
Within PROCORE, users can add obligations & expenditures and associate them with specific projects. Cost data can be linked to purchase orders, invoices, vendors and subawards as required. Cost transactions are centralized within PROCORE, resulting in easy data entry and easily generated reports utilizing the cost data input by users.
Subawards
One specific CSLFRF requirement is that recipients are to identify and report additional details in all cases where funds obligated to a single entity total $50,000 or more. PROCORE supports users with this specific requirement in the Subaward module. Subawards are associated with specific projects and associated subrecipient details, costs and documentation can be maintained in a central location.
Revenue Replacement
PROCORE’s revenue replacement model allows users to input the revenue replacement data and revenue reduction calculations are automatically performed. PROCORE maintains this data so that future calculations can be easily performed.
Reports
PROCORE enables users to easily generate compliance reports required by the CSLFRF Program. Quarterly and Annual Project & Expenditure Reports are maintained within PROCORE, and users can view a draft, edit, print, as well as generate PDF versions of all reports. All reports generated within the system are saved and can be referenced in the future to download or produce as an audit item if necessary.
